Ingrediënten
- 1 banaan
- 50 gram amandelen (of amandelmeel)
- 50 gram havermout
- 1 zakje bakpoeder
- 1 el cacao nibs of gehakte pure chocolade
- 2 el kokossnippers
- 3 ontpitte dadels
- 2 el honing
Zo doe je het:
- Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden.
- Maal 50 gram amandelen in een keukenmachine fijn totdat je echt “amandelmeel” hebt.
- Voeg hier 50 gram havermout aan toe samen met 1 banaan/3 dadels en de bakpoeder.
- Maal alles fijn in de keukenmachine en voeg hier nog 2 el honing aan toe samen met de cacaonibs en de honing.
- Maal alles nog een keer tot alles goed door elkaar heen is gedraaid.
- Bekleed een bakplaat met bakpapier.
- Maak van het amandel deeg kleine bolletjes en druk plat. (voor zo’n 10 koekjes)
- Bak de gezonde amandel koekjes in 20 minuten goudbruin.
